Orders placed on weekdays before 11 a.m. EST will generally begin processing same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will begin the processing period of the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday-Friday). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.
When placing your order, please select a secure shipping location. NAGHEDI cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the mail carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.
Missing parcels should be reported to us within 3 business days of expected delivery date via our Return Page. Please select "Parcel Never Arrived." Refund requests for missing shipments that are not reported to us in a timely manner may be rejected. Alternatively, you can contact UPS and file a missing package claim.
